Kinesiology Tests
Kinesiology is a form of Muscle Testing.
The human body is a very useful instrument (‘bio-computer’) that provides all kinds of information. For processing purposes there are various ways of utilizing the body of the client to provide feedback on how we are doing. One easy and effective way of getting feedback is through a method called Muscle Testing.
Muscle testing is a way to ask the body what it knows. If you’re a head person, you may find it strange to think that the body knows something your head doesn’t. But the body has an amazing ability to know what is true for it and what isn’t true for it. It shows a truth by getting stronger, and it shows an untruth by getting weaker. Muscle testing is testing that stronger/weaker factor in any given situation.
Your body does speak. Applied Kinesiology (AK) makes it possible to use your own body as the research tool to obtain valuable information about the state of health.
What are the origins of kinesiology?
“Kinesiology has roots in the chiropractic world, with the work of Dr George Goodheart who developed applied kinesiology.
How kinesiology works?
A “simplified” theory is:
1) The brain sends electrical impulses through the nervous system to direct the body;
2) If something disrupts those signals, then the body’s functioning is affected;
3) If something interferes with the electrical signals telling a muscle to contract, then there will be a noticeable difference in muscle “strength.”
What Are The Stressors That Are Found During Muscle Testing?
The energetic blockages or “stresses” in the BioEnergy System may be anything that can be heard, thought, touched, seen or consumed that the body does not like. On the most basic level, it could be a thought or emotion that puts the client out of balance energetically.
Can Kinesiology Tests tell me which foods am I sensitive to or that weaken my health?
Through Kinesiology Muscle Test, using different vial samples, your own body will show which foods, chemicals and heavy metals are detrimental to one’s health. We can also assess which part of the body/organ is the most affected by any of these heavy metals. Vitamins, minerals and enzymes also can be tested for their application.
