Bookings, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Prior to Your Visit
Do contact us by email, or phone (if you haven’t done so already) to schedule a date and hour for the appointment at least 5 days prior to your intended visit. And inform us about your choice of health screening and/or treatment or have us advice you on same.
You will be asked also to download the Patient Assessment Form prior to coming. Please print it, fill it in and bring it with you.
Also remember to read instructions (if any apply) that are specific to the type of appointment i.e. abstain from certain medications 24hrs before the test/screening or do not consume food for at least 1 h before treatment.
When you visit
Please ensure that you arrive on time so that your treatment/test starts on time without delaying. If you arrive late it may limit the time of your appointment (if we have other bookings on the day) and you still will be charged for the full session time.
Photos of you may be taken (only with your kind permission) prior to the first appointment. This helps us with identifying clients. These photos are for the clinics private use only and will NEVER be displayed in public or shared with anybody.
We kindly request that you do not bring children to the clinic unless they are attending treatments or consultation or have another adult supervising them. This is a health and safety recommendation. It also mitigates against distraction of the parent.
Treatment Fee Schedule:
Generally, all the initial treatments oscillate around the price of €60 per 1 hr (inclusive of free brief consultation time); prices may vary depending on the type and duration of treatments combined on one session.
1 hour session may include a variety of therapies.
Health screenings are priced separately from the above.
When booking in for a health screening and/or treatment the client may be asked to purchase online a non-refundable ‘deposit’ (pre-paid appointment) at the minimal cost of €32 Euro (of which €2 constitutes processing fee).
If the client does not have credit/debit card or online PayPal account, he/she must personally drop the monies or forward a Postal Order (leaving ‘pay to’ section blank, for the sum of €32 ) to arrive at the Centre/Clinic not later than 2 days before the date of appointment. (Please include your name, contact number and the test and/or treatment, that you are booking for.)
Please keep in mind that your appointment is secured (fully booked) only upon receipt of your pre-payment for the specified treatment or test. By purchasing pre-paid appointment, you express your commitment to attend at the appointed time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be aware that if you miss the appointment or do not inform us about your intention to reschedule your appointment at least 2 calendar days in advance, then cancellation fee will apply and you will not be able to use your Pre-Payment against the full cost of your future visit. In other words, we will retain the full pre-payment of €30 depending on the type of the session booked, as a Cancellation Fee.
If you have to reschedule in the ‘last minute’ (1 calendar day before the appointed time, but not less than 24 hrs ) than your ‘cancellation fee’ will be only 20 Euro. …. If you reschedule in the time less than 24 hrs before your appointed visit, than the ‘cancellation fee’ of 30 Euro will apply.
We reserve all the rights to reschedule your appointment at any time.
Over-The-Distance Consultations Policy
Sometimes people have a need to enquire about our services prior to coming. We welcome that and offer max 5-min free consultation.
Longer, in depth consultations cost €40 for 30min and €70 for 1 hr.
If people need to call us in-between appointments, the same applies.

Clients need to be aware that if they come first time for the health screenings i.e. Live Blood Analysis, Epigenetic Hair Analysis, Bio-Resonance Test or Cardio Check, that the fee does not include additional potential costs of recommended supplements or detox protocols. Clients may wish to come prepared to purchase these during the time of the visit or at a later date through the online shop.
We also offer additional options of an advanced therapy plan for the people who require intensive treatment protocols; Clients can request exclusive attention for 2 or 3 consecutive days, with the possibility of booking B&B locally or getting accommodation onsite (we can offer rooms at €30 Euro per night/per person; meals not provided) and attending multiple of different tests and treatments during such period. (Discounts for the specific ‘Package’ can be requested in this context)
DISCOUNTS:
Discounts only apply for multiple sessions, if the client agrees to the longer time program i.e. minimum of seven consecutive session treatments of no more than two weeks apart. This needs to be agreed after the first session and pre-payment completed on the following session.
