Fast Food Equals Fast Health Decline
No Parent Should Expect Raising A Healthy Child On Fast Food/Junk Food
Fast food is nearly everywhere and most of the kids just cannot get enough of it. Now people live in nations of fast food babies, and it’s a ticking time bomb of massive health problems.
Responsible parenthood includes not only a skill to provide your children with home, safety, education and universal human values, but also involves healthy eating and internal hygiene.
Unfortunately, the concept and definition of healthy eating habits has been stretched to far to include chicken nuggets and chips, fries, Lucozade, ice-creams and sugar-laden fruity yogurts.
Careful examination of kid’s diets these days shows that their sugar metabolism will be affected, along with possibility of obesity, impaired immune function, repeated bacterial and viral infections, impaired kidney function, mood swings, irritability, attention problems and more.
If you, as a parent are interested to change the eating patterns of your family, but struggle to achieve this, you may get in touch with us and book a consultation @ 071-9663311
Study links fast food to childhood asthma
Researchers have found a link between severe childhood asthma and fast food. A new study in the medical journal Thorax found that three or more weekly servings of junk food substantially increased the risk among teens and young children. The study says it could be the food’s high concentrations of saturated fats which compromise the immune system of children, making them more prone to a whole range of health problems.
