You are welcome to book and stay with us at Karuna Flame retreat space. People who come here usually seek a place of quiet refuge, away from all the noise of the big cities and their restrictive atmosphere. We are happy to provide you a room/space where you can unwind, destress and recharge.

If you wish you can also avail of massage, ozone therapy rejuvenating sauna, healing and other detox treatments onsite, which are there to make your visit even more special and hopefully memorable. (please ask for details and book in advance)

Location of our retreat centre offers you privacy and space for contemplation and healing. There are also plenty of opportunities for nature walks/hikes and close access to the local lake Gara (one of the warmest lakes in Ireland) and little-known for its ancient crannogs

Deposit for Accommodation

Please contact us for the details prior to paying deposit. Rooms can accommodate up to 2 people. Price includes access to the communal sitting room. Access to private kitchen can be agreed for extra fee of €7/day. Accommodation for 1 person per night is €35. Non-refundable deposit of €10 +€1 processing fee per person per night is payable at the time of booking. For a group of up to 9 people please email us for a special deal

Accommodation for 2 persons sharing a room per night is €50. Non-refundable deposit of €20 +€2 processing per night for a shared room is payable at the time of booking. Remaining fee per night of €30 is payable by cash. Access to private kitchen can be agreed for extra fee of €7/day for 2 people. If you plan to stay for more than 1 day, please adjust the number in the 'quantity box'

SPECIAL DEAL for a full week private room accommodation is €220. Price includes access to the communal sitting room, bathrooms and FREE access to a private kitchen. We are located in between Boyle and Gurteen, in Co. Sligo. Eircode: F52 K184. Our Retreat Centre is nested in the countryside, in quiet location surrounded by nature, away from electro-magnetic pollution.

Local Attractions:

When venturing outside of the retreat venue, you can walk in the quiet countryside and experience the panoramic viewpoint at Wynne’s View. Venture further for a plunge in Lough Gara which is only 1 mile away. For those who want to stay a bit longer to explore the surroundings, there is also an abundance of ancient megalithic sites in the vicinity inc. Carrowkeel ‘Megalitic Tombs’ meditation chambers, Drumanone Portal Dolmen , crannogs , St. Attracta’s Well and 2500 years old Fort.

If you travel from outside Ireland, the closest airport is in Knock (40 min away by car) – with the flights to UK.
