This very special retreat will provide a platform for greater penetration of the Inner Self. As a group, through the practise of silent sitting and fasting, we will awaken within us a greater sensitivity and offer our mind an opportunity to slow down and detach from object senses for a wile. For those who are sincere in their practice The Higher Self will deliver a personal gift. Fasting and silence will invoke spirit of detachment and self-control. In the stillness one can commune with sacredness of life with greater ease. Kris will share his experience of multiple long term fasts of the last 15 years and he will support all participants if they should struggle dealing with ‘bubbling’ emotions pulled to the surface through the process of “Selective Sensory Deprivation”. Our perception and non verbal communication will sharpen a little-bit more to create a space for synchronicity, telepathy and group empathy. Thus we will complete the retreat with super-charged spiritual chants and unique form of overtoning. Come prepared for a life changing experience.
First Module of the S.H.E. Course will be repeated in April for those who did not manage to come for the gathering in February. The first three Modules of the course comprise the basic level and four following modules comprise more advanced level. Each module will be presented once per month but there will be a break of at least two months in between the Basic and Advancd Level (after first three modules). Ideally participants of this course should partake in all the modules to ensure complete understanding. Each module contains unique elements which are not repeated in other modules. Participants will receive a certificate of attendance on completion of the Basic Level and a further certificate on completing the Advanced Level..
Two months holiday break.
During this break you can join us for the optional Residential Workshop / Semi Silent Retreat‘Nada Yoga – The Voice Of The Heart’ at the scenic location at the foot of the magnificent table mountain BenBulben in North Co. Sligo, 10 minutes from the ocean and beaches. (Cost of the retreats are separate from S.H.E. Course and are going to be determined at a later stage) 50% of all proceeds from this workshop/retreat will go to the charity supporting Balashram Residential School for orphans in India. All the workshops are on Saturdays and Sundays and times are the same for all days 9:30am-1pm & 2:30pm – 5:30pm
On the end, in mid January 2009, you can join us for the optional adventure trip/ retreat in the Middle East titled ‘Essene Voice of the Dessert’ . As pilgrims we will visit little known Egyptian Temple of Hathor Serabit el-Khadem in the dessert of Sinai Penninsula, Qumran nearDead Sea, spectacular Petra in Jordan and complete journey in Jerusalem. Itinerary can slightly change (Cost of the retreats are separate from S.H.E.
